  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order at The TeaLeaf is as easy as 1-2-3! You can either place your order online through our website or by visiting us in-store. If you choose to place your order online, simply browse through our selection of teas and tea accessories, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information, and then you can sit back and wait for your order to arrive. If you prefer to place your order in-store, just visit us during business hours and one of our friendly staff members will be happy to assist you with your order. It's that simple
  • Payment and Shipping
    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our shipping options include standard shipping (3-5 business days), expedited shipping (1-2 business days), and free shipping on orders over $50. We currently only ship within Malaysia.   • Returns and refunds
    At The TeaLeaf, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality tea and exceptional service. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and refunds. Q: What is your return policy? A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages or custom tea blends. Q: How do I initiate a return? A: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to receive a return authorization number. Once you have received this number, please include it with your return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Q: Will I receive a refund? A: Yes, once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
